I have a love/hate relationship with LA's CCI, where it brings so much to a mix, but the waiting is agonizingly long. It's the reason the steep time is set for 2 weeks. Even with the GC it was +4 days. I've had to wait 3wks. myself, in the past. Anyway, the Raspberry combo was a guess that ended up working here to fairly closely match the flavor of my fresh Raspberry reduction which goes into the frosting for this cake. I used the Pudding Base to thicken the frosting, and add a bit of moistness to the cake.
